Perez Barquero Corazon Latino sweet white wineA versatile sweet white wine from Pedro Ximenez grapes. It is intense, clean and pleasantly sharp, with Ripe fruit and floral nuances.
Pinot Nero IGT TrevenezieRuby but not very dark. Very pleasant with a bouquet of strawberry and raspberry.
Veneto Rosso IGTA percentage of the harvested grapes are dried on rush matting, and the rest are fermented on the skin. The blend is mixed and aged for 8 – 9 months in medium toasted French Allier oak barrels. Dark ruby colour, Intense with hints of wood.
Ripasso Della Valpolicella DOCCorvina, Rondinella and Corvinone grapes are harvested and processed traditionally with maceration of 10 – 15 days. It is fermented again after a few months on Amarone pomace and aged in oak barrels for approximately 1 year. Rich with hints of ripe cherries and spices.
Amarone Della Valpolicella DOCGHarvested by hand and left to dry in lodges in the hills. The wine is left for two years in oak barrels before bottling. A complex and spicy wine with hints of cinnamon, cherry jam and fruit.
Fernao Pires Superior 2019 DOCCareful selection of the best Fernao Pires grapes. Citrine color with greenish notes. Lush on the nose. Tropical notes, exotic fruits, passion fruit, lime and orange blossom.
Refrontolo Passito Colli di Conegliano DOCGMade from Marzemino grapes. Late harvest, by hand and dried on bamboo racks. Intense ruby with violet reflections. Delicate, scented with a strong flavour of marasca cherry and berries.
Chardonnay Venezia DOCAfter bottling the wine is allowed to age for a couple of months. Pleasant, and fruity with hints of golden apple and fresh crust of bread. Fine, elegant, noble with a slim body.
